Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering insight and direction to support and improve usability, applicability and adoption of products, platforms and solutions to meet customer business needs
• Design and implement validation tests for all new features and enhancements
• Analyze customer incoming for weak area identification and refactoring
• Ensure extensive coverage of customer flows and methodologies in internal test suite
• Working closely with R&D to ensure quality and readiness of solution for customer deployment
• Coaching/mentoring junior employees, if needed

Requirements

Typically requires:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience (knowledge of simulation, testbench and timing constraints)
• Working knowledge of tools and procedures required to accomplish the job
• Expertise in HDL and development of test plan and test case scenarios
• Handling conflicts and customer issues
• Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways within functional area
• Building productive cross-team relationships
